The Nissan Canada 24-Hour Roadside Assistance Program – included with every new vehicle warranty – is one of the most comprehensive owner privileges Nissan offers and includes the following services:

Trip Interruption: If your vehicle experiences a breakdown more than 100 kilometres away from your home, Nissan Roadside Assistance will reimburse you for: accommodation and meals, vehicle rentals and emergency transportation.
Approved Collision Centres: If your vehicle is involved in an accident, we will tow you to the nearest Nissan Dealer or their approved collision centre.
Mechanical Breakdown or Accident Towing: your vehicle will be towed to the nearest Nissan Dealer or certified repair facility up to a maximum of 100 kilometres.
Battery Boost: If your vehicle will not start, we will dispatch a service facility to boost the battery. In the event that your vehicle fails to start with a boost, it will be towed to a Nissan Dealer.
Lockout Service: If your keys become accidentally locked in your vehicle, Nissan Roadside Assistance will dispatch a service facility to attempt to gain entry into the vehicle. In the event that your vehicle cannot be opened, it will be towed to the nearest Nissan Dealer.
Tire Change: If there is a flat tire, the included usable spare tire will be mounted to your vehicle free of charge.
Fuel Delivery: In the unlikely event that you run out of fuel, Nissan Roadside Assistance will deliver gasoline to your stranded vehicle. The cost of five litres of fuel is included!
Winching: If your vehicle becomes stuck in a ditch, mud or snow, Nissan Roadside Assistance will have the vehicle winched back to the roadway.
